Our car rental was a pleasant experience. The service rep. was very courteous and because I had to wait a short time, he gave me a free upgrade. The Nissan Pathfinder was a very nice vehicle.
I was really disappointed with the customer service. Over the phone they were great but once I came in the gentlemen that help me was completely rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to do his job. I will not be returning.
When I returned the car, the young lady was also very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this Enterprise office to my friends.

I utilized an Enterprise rental car recently while waiting for the repair of my primary car which had been involved in an accident. I had a good experience overall. The car delivery process went quickly and smoothly. I was advised that I could be picked up if I could not physically get to the Enterprise location. Also I was able to leave the rental car at the repair facility when I was done with it, making my transition back to my primary car after it was repaired an easy process. The only negative comment that I have is there was little choice on the rental car. I was given a sport model Hyundai which was very hard to get in and out of and was a safety concern because of the multiple blind spots. At my age, I didn't need a sport model and should have been provided just a normal sedan. I almost took it back and asked for exchange on a different rental vehicle, but just didn't have it for a long enough time to do that. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my rental experience overall.
I can recommend this location without any hesitation. I was picked up at my home on time by a very nice and personable man who helped me with luggage; the check-in process went very smooth and I was in my rental in just a few minutes. The staff was ready for me upon my return and my driver to take me home was waiting and I was home without any delay.
The customer service here was outstanding, always polite and were very quick and thorough. My rental car was new and fair in price. I would definitely recommend this place.
