UPDATE: My apologies to Randy's Flowers, I thought I had updated this a long while back. Upon learning of the situation with the flowers that I had ordered, the owner of this florist immediately, and very kindly and professionally corrected the situation, very much to my satisfaction, offering the correct arrangement replacement as well as a credit. Good customer service is quite important to me and Randy's delivered on that.
2 years ago I left a review here for 1 star. Section A: is what prompted me to leave it.
However, I needed flowers and did not trust other florist to make the timely delivery. The folks who are making these arrangements are spectacular. I have not dealt with the owner any further but all of the staff deliver my arrangements on time and they are lovely. Hint: Set them up with your address of loved one and card on file. Then just call and ask them to make something. 5 star now!
I recently ordered flowers to be delivered for an event for someone who is very important to me. I spent some time on the phone with the person who took my order, to make certain that they understood exactly what I wanted. I also spent a GREAT deal of money to make sure that I got something somewhat extravagant.
When I saw the photos of the arrangement that was sent, I could have cried...it was just awful. There were few flowers in the arrangement, it looked so sad and sparse, and instead of being a full gorgeous bouquet, as I requested, it was some "artsy" arrangement that failed miserably to look nice at all, let alone extravagant.
This is an EXCEPTIONAL flower shop, with staff who go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you need, when you need it. Susan blew me away with her cooperation and made my experience a true convenience. Good service is very hard to find these days but you will be taken back by the customer service and hospitality from these folks. Give them a try.. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
SECTION A:I ordered an arrangement to surprise my wonderful wife. The arrangement and delivery were exceptional and were made by a woman at Randy's. So, I decided to order another one for another gift. I called and Randy answered. He was so very rude because I said that the ladies work was the best I had ever seen. He made sure I knew that he is the owner and boss. I told him I wanted to order an expensive arrangement but refused with his attitude. He tried to back track but was still rude. If you are thinking of buying flowers go elsewhere - seriously. This guy is such a rude jerk.
SUSAN HAYNES TOOK MY ORDER, WHICH WAS REALLY SMALL POTATOES. BUT, SHE TREATED IT AS THOUGH IT WAS A HUGE ORDER, AND MADE ME FEEL SPECIAL. WHILE THIS KIND OF CARING ISN'T OUT OF THE ORDINARY FOR SMALL TOWN USA, SUSAN'S WONDERFUL PERSONALITY WAS CONTAGIOUS. THANK YOU SUSAN, AND THANK YOU RANDY'S FLOWERS!!
This is the place to go for any special occasion! I can't say enough about how beautiful the flowers were for a wedding that I helped plan that was held this week in Culpeper. We placed the order within just a few weeks of the wedding and Steve was extra helpful in making sure the bride's vision came to be even with the short lead time! They delivered the flowers and made sure all was set up exactly how we wanted! Professionals all the way!
