Unprofessional front desk lady very rude even had me pay $25 co pay which i later found out I don't have a copay the front desk keeps giving me the run around i have to wait for the office manager who is never there or i can't get in touch with and has not returned my calls
Didn't even have a chance to do anything with those clinic. My mother walked in and walked right out because the front desk woman was rude and unprofessional. We will take our business to Med Express. Where we are treated kindly and as though we aren't disrupting their day.
I believe that this clinic is a great gift to everyone in and around Culpeper for their health needs. Especially in the cold and flu season!
Really impressed with this office. Short wait times, nice people. I found them about 3 months ago when my son needed a sports physical and was impressed with how thorough they were. Since then we are using them for everything. Very pleased so far.
The staff is efficient, caring and warm. Dr. Veerapalli, is a warm Doctor with an excellent bedside manner that is lacking in the field of medicine today, the C.P.N. who work along side him exhibit the same caring attitude and they are not only an asset to this community, but to any community that would have them. We are extremely lucky to have such wonderful people in this area
