This BWW cares little about its customers. Wait staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Members of our party would order food by phone, and it would be ready before ours was. Patrons arriving after us received their food first. Wait staff purposefully delayed service. Jersey Mikes next door was a much better customer experience.
People here are amazing. Make you feel at home and provide a great time and even better food!
Best buffalo wild wings in Northern Virginia. Their service is actually good! The food comes out hot. We will drive 50 minutes to go here, instead of the one 10 minutes away because of those reasons.
My friend and I visited there 2 days in a row because the first night the young man at the bar was awesome We called our order for pickup but decided to eat at the bar he waited on us gave us trays,wet wipes, napkins and took our drink order.He made us feel really welcome there because he was very attentive to us so we returned the next evening by preordering our food as before and the young girl at the bar was horrible she just gave us our food and did nothing else at all.she didn't give us any trays wipes and didn't even ask us did we want to order drinks which we were going to do but we had to ask her for the water, wipes and trays to put our food on . But she was kinda waiting on everyone else a little bit at the bar.If she don't like her job then she needs to quit we ate our food and left.the first day our wings were good and had the right amount of sauce on them but the next day it wasn't enough and I asked that young girl about putting more sauce on them because it wasn't the same as the day before and she told me that its a charge for sauce I will not return to that location That little girl put me in a state of mind that I didn't want to be in. I WAS PISSED!!!!
