They have a large selection of dog and cat things but very little fish or fish supplies. I usually have to wait when I go for fish because no-one is back by the fish.
It's a chain pet store. Very predictable.
Got my dog groomed here and the service took less time than expected. They were very friendly as a staff and helpful to find other items as well.
I received great help in finding food for my new kittens. The 2 ladies who came up to me while I was looking at canned foods both gave great suggestions and offered more help if I needed it. They couldn't have shown better customer service. Emma, one of the two who helped me earlier, was also the cashier when I was checking out and was impressed with the purchases I was making. I am very glad that there are such caring people employed at PetSmart.
