Never had an issue. Standard Walmart service dept. Been getting oil change, tire rotation, battery service type stuff for 6 years now. Yeah you might wa it longer than the jiffy lube down the street, your not payin $75 either. It's usually an hour or less while I grab a few things from the store.
They do a good job on our oil changes and it's always done at the time they say it will be but I can never get a hold of these people. I spend too much time just trying to get someone on the phone for a question.
Be ready to wait long hours, if they tell you 20 minutes waiting, that mean 3 hours
Traveled 30 minutes to get to this store to get tires.They told me it would be a 3 hour wait. I excepted the fact that I had to wait. I go back and check on my vehicle twice just to see how far I was in line. Then the third time I go back it was after the three hours so I check to see if my car was ready and they tell me there is a problem. I asked what it was and they tell me that they don't have the tires on stock for my car. So with all the technology that we have today why didn't the computer say that the store didnt have the tires. All they could say was that sometimes the system doesn't update fast enough and that the tire truck comes in three days later if I want to come back. What a way to keep a customer happy.
Total waste of time. I checked the hours for the auto dept and it said they closed at 6pm. It's 5pm and they're closed. Thanks d-bags!
