I love Martin's. They have so much to choose from whether organic or not. Their deli is great with alot of selections. Customer service has always been good. Plus you have to love getting discounts on gas the more you shop there with your Martin's card.
Excellent bakery. Great general selection of products. Well-staffed so there's little wait. Only a few products I wish they carried so I could do all my grocery shopping at once. Coupons from the app don't work about 15% of the time, but customer service handles refunds without a fuss.
Always have plenty of what your looking for in stock. The sales are always great. There meat is of the best quality at any grocery chain I've been too. I'd give it 5 stars if they would be more competitive with there non sale items.
Downhill all the way. Did used to be fresh. Bread crispy and fresh and the shelves had lots of options. No more. Slowly the reasons to shop here erodes.
This store has sadly gone downhill over the years since it has opened. Stock in the organic section is a wild card and rarely is there an employee there who is familiar with the items. The produce section is fraught with fruit flies and we find a lot of moldy items. Customer service is hit or miss as well and employee turnover is high.
