I am a Platinum Elite IHG Reward club member and I couldn't believe it when this hotel changed the rate on me 4 times within 1 hour! The original rate was $171, then they changed it to $35 or $40 plus 10,000 points, then as I was booking that it said internal error and made me start over, the rate then changed to $191 so I called in to IHG to complain and the rate they quoted me was then $201. Every rate was for a standard room with 2 queen size beds. IHG and Holiday Inn are a rip off! I have been a loyal customer for many years and I will now no longer every stay at one of their brands again.
Your regular Holiday Inn hotel. Clean rooms and amenities, friendly and helpful staff. Heated indoor pool , fitness room, conference room a/o.
THE place to stay in the area. Staff went out of their to ensure all our needs were met. Great roomy room. Much better than Marriott. Breakfast attendant was wonderful and went that extra mile to assist our family.
In town on business and had a great stay. Staff was very friendly, good breakfast, nice/clean room.
Breakfast served starting with 4:30-10:00 AM. Pretty good location in the town, minutes away from downtown and about 1h away from Washington, DC.
Very clean! Staff was sooooo nice. Asked for more towels in the pool area and within minutes it was taken care of. Outdoor pool would have been nice but if it's raining you'll be happy to have it indoors. Breakfast wasn't bad. Plenty of parking.
