When he checked in, the woman chastised him for having the dog, interrogated him about her, charged the $15 deposit, demanded we put her in a cage, and threatened to put us in a smoking room. Meanwhile, she could have taken a dump in the middle of the lobby and improved the smell. The rug was gross, there was dried semen on the bedspread, and in a span of 15 seconds, I observed 4 roaches crawling in and on the AC. The man came to inspect, smashed a roach with his bare finger for closer examination, and declared that it looked like a roach but he wasn't sure. He then took the same bare finger to scratch at the crusty DNA sample left by a previous occupant, who clearly had a much better stay. They refunded the entire amount while the woman blamed my husband for allegedly not registering our dog, and we promptly vacated.
We would definitely stay again.
Excellent customer service the room are clean
Clean and great heating. We accidentally booked a smoking room and were worried the smell was overwhelming which it was not. Great rate as well!
Website says pet friendly, woman at desk was very rude about it, said oh no, no, oh no, threatened to put us in smoking room and said she didn't want to see any hair. Lobby smelled awful. My wife found 4 cockroaches crawling around the AC. There was dried sperm on the bed.
