The food is great! I love the staff, they're so nice. It's not a fancy place but if you ask me it's the best place to get good affordable Chinese food. The wait time isn't bad and it's worth the wait.

For quick, standard Chinese food fare, especially for a weeknight takeaway or feeding the family for the weekend, Tops China Culpeper is hard to beat. The food tastes great and is pretty much no frills. I get tired of the sometimes soggy and sitting-out-too-long Asian buffets.
Been eating here for 6 years and never had any problems with the food. It's always fresh and cooked well. Always delicious! Staff is very friendly.
The lady that handled my order was very rude. I found hair in my food and she asked me if it was mine when it was gray... Then I heard a lot of yelling coming from her.
