Amazing food!! Soooo good! The catfish was awesome!! And Im a southern girl, so I know my catfish and okra.
The young man who waited on us was very charming !
Our server didn't realize she had been seated another table, even tho there are about 10 tables total in the whole place. No big deal, we didn't mind a little extra time to order.
Our food was the tricky part. While the bbq was quite tasty, the sides left some to be desired. The Mac n'cheese was too peppery, and the fried apples too runny. My bf got the brisket... he said it tasted ok. But he was poking around at it, and barely ate any before he was ready to go, So I knew he wasn't too into it.
I think that it's a cute spot, and the food is ok, but I don't see myself returning anytime soon.
Outstanding food. Great service. Plan on waiting for your food though. For me it was worth the wait. If you're in a hurry, you will want to wait until you have more time.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is friendly and prompt on refills. The food takes a bit, but is excellent. The Mac & Cheese is incredible! I really recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for comfort food or just plain good food.
Very cute quaint space. My boyfriend and I checked out this spot on a random yelp pick. Parking was a little bit peculiar but nothing too extreme.
