Don't normally do fast food as it's not very healthy but went on a road trip and had to have something quick and easy stopped there with the kids they loved their food I got a salad and I have to say I was super pleasantly surprised the greens were very fresh no mushy lettuce and it had chicken fruit and berries and all types of good stuff love the pomegranate vinaigrette! Which prompted me to try them again another time and I have the taco salad also delicious word of advice though if you are getting this to go ask for the chili on the side so it doesn't heat up your salad on the ride home LOL
Order was incorrect. Soda had so much ice I could not put thrle straw in the cup. I returned and they quickly remade my order but put the fries (not full) in the bag first and left it sitting on the counter (so they were nice and cold) as they made the correct burger as you see underwhelming.
I love the salads, but past 3 times, the taco salad no chili, the cesar salad no dressing and no forks or napkins. Come on Wendys get it together.
I went to Wendy’s last night at around 7:00pm. The line was really long, but I understand that that isn’t their fault. However, once I finally got to the speaker box, it took the person on the headset 4 minutes to even say anything to me. I was frustrated at this point because she wasn’t even apologetic at how long she took, and she was rude on top of it. Then when I get to the window, she just handed me my food (not saying a WORD) took my card, swiped it, and didn’t give me a receipt. Hope they got the order right, cause I sure don’t know at this point. But both girls at the window didn’t say a single word the whole time. It felt really cold and rude. I won’t be returning to this location.
I was shorted 10 dollars on my change back. The price came to 8.97, handed them a 20 and got a 1.03 cents back. Then was basically called a liar terrible service
